My wife, our twins (4 1/2y) and I had a very pleasant two month stay at this Cape Coral house. The vacation home is absolutely perfect and offers all comfort we can expect.

The property management makes their best to offer a simple & practical booking, check-in & check-out process and they were responsible to any needs that came up. What we like least was leaving… We hope to come back soon!

the house was great and very relaxing- loved the pool at night with the changing lights!
and the management was super easy to deal with- was almost as easy as a hotel to check in and out.
And bonus, they had 3 beers in the fridge waiting for us which was nice after a long drive there from TN

Das Haus inklusive der Einrichtung ist in sehr guten Zustand und entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Hervorzuheben ist ebenfalls die Lage in einer der besten Wohngegenden von Cape Coral. Alles was auch zu einem längeren Aufenthalt nötig ist war in der Villa Mirasol vorhanden. Ebenfalls positiv erwähnen möchten wir die freundliche und professionelle Arbeit der Hausverwaltung.
Wenn wir wieder nach SW Florida reisen, ist die Villa Mirasol die erste Wahl für uns.

Wir waren mit unserer Familie 3 Wochen in der Villa Mirasol und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
Einrichtung, Sauberkeit und Betreuung durch den Hausverwalter entsprachen voll den Beschreibungen. Die ruhige Nachbarschaft ermöglicht einen erholsamen Urlaub.
Die Eigentümer kümmern sich umgehend um alle Fragestellungen.
Es hat an nichts gefehlt.

Lage 1a. Die Angaben im Inserat entsprachen zu 100% den vorgefundenen Ausstattungen etc.
Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Abwicklung mit Vermieter perfekt. Alles nötige wie Schlüssel, Empfang, Tipps etc. prima organisiert.Kommen gerne wieder und können Florida-Reisenden mit 2 Fam. die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Preis-Leistung passt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Pool.

Nach 4 aufeinander folgenden Urlauben in Cape Coral, war die Villa Mirasol mit Abstand die beste Villa die wir bislang hatten. Hier stimmt Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in jedem Fall. Auch die Hausverwaltung durch Erik Loehle ist hervorzuheben.
Ausstattung ist noch besser als beschrieben. BlueRay Player welcher auch Deutsches Format kann vorhanden. Der Pool ist ein Traum und wurde auch von meiner Tochter aufgrund der Salzwassermischung sehr gut vertragen.
Persönliche Anmerkung: Nichts gegen den amerikanischen Geschmack …aber bei der Villa Mirasol ist die Einrichtung absolut perfekt und aufeinander abgestimmt ..was bei anderen Ferienvillen nicht der Fall war.

Liebe Vermieter,
noch nie in unserer 20jährigen Ferienhauserfahrung waren wir so positiv überrascht. Die Beschreibung Ihres Anwesens, die dazugehörenden Fotos sowie der Preis waren zwar schon überzeugend, aber die Realität hat unsere Erwartungen noch übertroffen. Das Haus ist wirklich perfekt ausgestattet und super gepflegt. Die riesige Terrasse mit beheizbarem Pool hat auch im Winter von morgens bis abends Sonne und – ein Silvesterabend im Pool mit anschließendem BBQ und Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang, das war für uns Winterflüchtlinge einfach grandios.
Normalerweise verbringen wir unsere Urlaube jedes Jahr an einem anderen Ort. Hierher kommen wir bestimmt noch einmal

My husband and I rented Villa Mirasol for 10 weeks (Jan – March 2011) and this was an amazing rental property. The owners take their property seriously and it is extremely well maintained, spacious and wonderfully furnished and decorated. The pictures on the website are fabulous and we were not disapointed upon arrival. Nothing missing here!. We spent a lot of time out on the lanai which emits a Caribbean feel. It is surrounded with palm trees and ths combined with all the hisbicus flowers provided lots of privacy. We could even watch dolphins from the lanai! We enjoyed going both to Rumrunners and Marker92 for dinners and watching all the boats going by.The property managers are very easy to deal with! I would highly recommend renting Villa-Mirasol!!!

We were very pleased with the cool refreshments that were available upon arrival. We arrived early and that was not a problem which was greatly appreciated. The house was very well stocked and very comfortable. The owners took the time to provide us with an information booklet that proved very valuable. We took in several of the sites that were recommended. The pool was a hit. Large enough to do laps! The beautiful and uncrowded beaches were very close by and shopping was fabulous. Thank you for allowing us to rent your home.

Rest & Relax….No Worries
Marvelous villa – a great house and pool for a reasonable price. It felt like home.
Incredible weather – warm & sunny 80’s are so much better than 30’s in northern Illinois.
Restaurants – Carrabba’s for great pasta and Bahama Breeze for awesome onion rings and fabulous fresh fish dishes.
Attractions – Edison & Ford Winter Estates & Gardens, Airboat rides in Everglades City with Capt. Doug and exploring Fort Myers and Cape Coral.
Sanibel Day Trip – Lovely island, Over Easy Cafe has super omelets and next time we’ll bring our tandem so we can cycle the whole island.
Outlet Shopping – Miromar is the place to go on a rainy day – like we did!
Leaving is the hardest thing to do! We look forward to bringing family members down and a ‘girls trip’ is on the radar in the near future.
Thank you homeowners, we had a wonderful time in your home. The privacy of the pool, the quiet nights sleeping and the friendly community were everything we were looking for.
Check-in and check-out with the property manager was a breeze and nice to know any sort of maintenence help was only a phone call away.

Traumhaus in bester Lage
Schade das man nur 5 Sterne vergeben kann denn dieses Haus mitsamt Betreuung hätten mehr verdient. Haus und Einrichtung lassen keine Wünsche offen, man findet hier wirklich alles was man für einen angenehmen erholsamen Wohlfühlurlaub im Haus und am Strand benötigt.
Macht weiter so, wir kommen gerne wieder!

This home is very nice. The property manager Eric was extremely friendly and available to meet any need.
The home is clean and very comfortable. We prepared many meals in the spacious kitchen. The pool is
excellent just what our group needed after a day of golf.
