It is a very clean house with everything you need for a beautiful vacation. There is a nice water park some minutes to drive and Fort Myers Beach or Sanibel Island is approx. 30 minutes to drive with lots of shopping possibilities and restaurants between. We loved to be there.

It was a fantastic vacation in Florida. This house, which was very clean and extravagant gave us the possibility to relax and enjoy our vacations.
It would give us great pleasure to stay in this house again, next year.

im Sommer dieses Jahres, vom 09. – 23. Juli 2010, habe ich in eurer wunderschönen Villa Felix eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht.
Wenn man durch die Eingangstür das Haus betritt, erblickt man sofort das Schild „Willkommen im Paradies“ und so fühlt man sich auch sofort.
Das Haus liegt wie beschrieben an einer ruhigen Strasse und einem kleinen idyllischen Kanal.
Durch die großen Türen sieht man direkt auf die Veranda, den Pool und den kleinen Kanal.
Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und es ist alles Notwendige, auch Internet, für einen schönen Urlaub vorhanden.
Für uns war die Veranda mit Pool der wichtigste Platz, oft haben wir bis spät abends außen gesessen etwas getrunken, gebadet und die Fischreiher und andere Vögel beobachtet.
Auch die anderen Zimmer sind super ausgestattet. Ich habe ganz fantastisch geschlafen in den amerikanischen Betten.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell und gut zu erreichen.

Diese Restaurants sind mir besonders in Erinnerung.
BAHAMA BREEZE, Tamiani Trail (am Wochenende auch Musik)
RUMRUNNER, Cape Habour (super essen)
Charly´s Boathous (gemütlich)

Von Cape Coral sind wunderschöne Ausflugsziele in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen.
Sanibel Island und Captiva sind traumhafte Inseln. Über eine Brücke von der man glaubt sie geht in den Himmel kommt man in eine andere Welt. Hier geht alles etwas ruhiger zu, man kommt sich vor wie in der Karibik oder abends nach Pine Island in die Tarpoun Lodge.
Auch Fort Mayer Beach, dann weiter die Küstenstraße nach Marco Island und natürlich in die Everglades mit einer Airboat-Tour sind lohnende Ausflugsziele.

Ein ganz großes Lob auch an den Hausverwalter.
Wir haben ein sehr sauberes Haus übernommen, und wurden auch während unseres Urlaubs super betreut.
Herr Loehle ist sehr nett, kompetent und immer ansprechbar.

Für alle die kommen wollen „Willkommen im Paradies“.

Ich komme sicher wieder.

Great house, great experience, October 19, 2010
We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Villa Felix. The house is away from all the hustle and bustle of tourist crowds which is exactly what we were looking for. The house was very clean, spacious and we felt truly at home. The lanai/pool area was an extension of the living room area. We spent a lot of time there and ate all our meals. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is thinking of relaxing by the pool and trying to avoid crowds. At the same time, it is close enough to beaches and other entertainment areas by car.

Great wunderful house. Some friends and I stay there for 7 days at the first week in may 2011. We spent a miraculous time there, everything really cleanly, in the evening we relax from motorbiking during the day with some bud´s at the really nice porch (lanai) (incl. some bud´s -)))
it was a wunderful time overthere – anytime with pleasure again……
