We have previously held our holidays in Cape Coral in various luxury villas, but this holiday was thanks to Villa Cocomo a truly unique experience.
The house is wonderfully furnished with a cozy interior. Pool area with Spa is great with a large covered patio that provides good shade and a relaxing atmosphere.
The house is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood and still just 2 minutes away from shopping and cinemas.
We would highly recommend Villa Cocomo for your next vacation.

Everything about this home was amazing! We had a very enjoyable stay over Christmas. Location was perfect – close to everything we needed – supermarket, bridges to Ft Myers, shopping mall etc. Solar heated pool and spa were enjoyed by all. Neighborhood was pleasant and quiet. We look forward to our next stay at Villa Cocomo.

My family and I visited Villa Cocomo last spring – and yes, the property was even better than the pictures lead you to believe. Pool toys for the kids, tons of towels, exceptionally clean, plenty of room, everything! As former residents of Ft. Myers, we did a lot of entertaining, everyone was impressed. We will return, and continue to reccommend to others. Thanks for a great week guys!

We stayed in villa Cocomo March 2010! We had a fantastic holiday in Cape Coral. Villa cocomo was a beautiful house, very clean with new furnishings.
We enjoyed the pool and Spa and I especially liked the chaise longue in the living area, it was so comfortable and relaxing.
I would be happy to stay in villa cocomo for another vacation and would highly recommend this beautiful house.
